A day of choosing to experience no negative emotions! Yes, you DO have that choice!

You choose to experience negative emotions because you think they give you some sort of benefit. But they actually don’t. Anger doesn’t really make you stronger, guilt doesn’t make a bad thing okay or stop you doing it next time, worrying about something doesn’t make it less likely to happen or prepare you any better for it. So, once you’ve realised this, choose NOT to have those negative emotions after all. Instead, do something constructive about the situation.
